Prior to Brink, California Tortilla was using a server-based point-of-sale system commonly used in the industry that required inefficient, standalone support and could not efficiently integrate with emerging technology. These difficulties caused the support team to spend hundreds of hours trouble-shooting and supporting franchisees, which was disruptive to the business. With plans for growth, the company sought a cloud solution that was more robust and would allow it to expand its number of outlets proficiently.
